Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Gently agitate without wringing or stretching the fabric. If machine washing is necessary, use a delicate cycle with cold water and place the garment in a mesh laundry bag.
Drying
Do not tumble dry. After washing, gently press out excess water (do not twist), then lay flat on a clean towel to air dry. Reshape the garment while damp to maintain its original fit.
